Will
using a house sitter affect your homeowners insurance?
I encourage you to consult with your insurance agent to discuss your policy
coverage. Most agencies will agree that your home is more secure when
it is occupied rather than empty. You should review and update your list
of contents covered and remain current on your insurance premiums. Some
agencies policies change if you are not home for over 30 days check with
your agent.
RATES
Each visit is 30 minutes.
House sitting without pets $55 per day, three visits.
House sitting with pets add $10 per pet.
$60 overnights 6:00 pm - 8:00 am
